Located approximately nine miles southwest of Ozona being approximately six miles south of Interstate 10. The ranch has approximately two and one half miles of frontage on the west side of FM 2083.
This is gently rolling country with elevations from 2,326 to 2,503 feet above sea level. There is a large canyon on the west side of the ranch. Grasses are native and tree cover consists of cedar and live oak with some mesquite.
The property is watered by two water wells equipped with submersible pumps. The wells are reported to be approximately 300 ft. deep and water is adequate.
The property is to be conveyed surface only. The sellers do not own any of the mineral rights. There is currently production on the ranch.
