Located approximately 33 miles southwest of Ozona, being 4 miles west on I-10 and then 28 miles south on Hwy 2083 (Pandale Road). The property is approximately 1 mile east on CR 412 and then into the Rim Rock Ranch subdivision.

This property would make a great recreational or hunting ranch. There are numerous canyons on the property that provide scenic views and plenty of cover for wildlife. All grasses on the property are native to the area. There is a mixture of cedar, mesquite and shin oak trees on the ranch.

There is a community water well located on the southwest side of the ranch which provides water using a solar pump and holding tank. Water can be obtained from this well. Currently this is the only well on the property.
